How do I get paid by DIVA for clients I refer?

By using your tracking link for clients, we will be able to see everyone you have sent to DIVA. We keep those clients attached to you. Once clients are onboard and paying, you will receive a reward for every office that is active and paying with DIVA.

How often are payouts distributed?

We do payouts monthly. It is net 30 days after the client has paid. Clients have specific subscriptions dates, so you may see payout for the first month later than expected based on when the client went live and paid.

What if a client doesn’t use my link to sign up?

You can just reach out to Tonya and she can add the client to your account manually.

What if the same client is being referred by multiple affiliates?

In the case a client doesn’t use a link or multiple affiliates have submitted them, the last point of contact will be the affiliate that gets that client added to their account. We don’t do split payouts.

What happens if my client ends their contract with DIVA?

If the client ends their relationship with DIVA, it will end your payout for that client. They will be marked in your affiliate account.

What happens if my client ends their relationship with me?

If we are alerted that the relationship has ended, it will end their payout with you.
